How do I make a purchase?
Placing an order with Rainbow Bridge Pets couldn't be easier, quicker or more secure. Simply find the items that you would like, select them and click on Add to Basket
When you are finished shopping, click on Checkout and follow the on screen instructions where youll be asked to fill out your delivery details. Once you've made payment, you'll receive an email confirming your order number and leave the rest up to us. If you have any problems please email us at rainbowbridgepets1@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
How do I find a specific item?
Browse our categories down the left hand side. Also throughout the site there is a Search function which can be used to enter key words.
How can I be sure that my order is being processed?
After placing your order you will receive an email confirming your order number as well as the details of your order and payment.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders over £25 are delivered free and under £25 costs just £1.50. If you are outside Mainland UK, please see our Delivery Page for costs.
How long does delivery take?
Once an order has been placed and payment received, it's usually despatched within 24 hours and should be with you within 2-3 working days. For personalised items (except our coffins which are delivered next working day) and handmade to order like some of our jewellery range, allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please see the individual product description for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron and Maestro as well as PayPal.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at Rainbow Bridge Pets?
Yes, extremely safe. All card details are processed securely by SagePay Secure Payment Server using 128-bit SSL security and 3D Secure Authentication. This means your personal and card details are encrypted and processed automatically so we never see any credit card details, guaranteeing you complete security.
You can tell if a page is secure when a padlock symbol is displayed at the bottom of the browser. We use Sage Pay to process payments. You can have a look at their security measures at www.sagepay.com/security_policy.asp
I need to return an item. What is your returns policy?
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a quick refund. Provided your product has not been personalised and you return it to us in its original condition and you can return any product to us within 28 days of receiving it to get a refund. Please read our returns page before returning goods.
Do you deliver worldwide?
If would like to place an order for delivery outside of the UK, please contact us, telling us what youd like to order and where it's to be sent. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with a shipping cost based on the size of the order and the destination.
I have a question about a particular product. What should I do?
Most of the details we have about our products are on the individual product pages. If however you have a more specific query, please contact us at rainbowbridgepets1@gmail.com and we'll do our best to answer it.
Do you have a shop I can come to visit?
No at present we don't have a shop, we sell online only.
Can I talk to someone about my pet passing away?
The Pet Bereavement Support Service offers a free helpline or email service where you can talk to a trained advisor. You can call the helpline 7 days a week between 8.30am to 8.30pm on free phone 0800 096 6606 or alternatively you can email pbssmail@bluecross.org.uk.
