How long does delivery take?
We will always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Most UK deliveries arrive within 48 hours of you placing your order. With our coffins, we realise that you want them immediately and in most cases if we receive your order before 10am we can get these to you by the next working day.
For personalised items and hand-made to order like some of our jewellery range, please allow between 14 and 21 days for delivery. You should allow between 14 and 21 days for orders to destinations outside of the UK.
Are my credit card details safe?

Can I talk to someone about my pet passing away?
The Pet Bereavement Support Service offers a free helpline or email service where you can talk to a trained advisor. You can call the helpline 7 days a week between 8.30am to 8.30pm on 0800 096 6606 or alternatively you can email pbssmail@bluecross.org.uk.
