You can return your item to us within 28 days of receiving your order for a complete refund. All that we ask is that the item must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer. We are also unable to refund items that have been made to order or that have been personalised.
You are entitled to return your item to us in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order for an exchange. This means that you can replace your original order with item from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase.
In the event of a return, please contact us for an RMA number before you return the item. Returns received without an RMA number cannot be processed. Please return your item using a recorded/insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for item that are missing/lost by your chosen delivery agent on their return to us
