Yes we do, over the years we have sent items all over the globe! All international shipping is quoted as you check out, if you have any questions please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Please note that delays may occur in customs, unfortunately these delays are beyond our control.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Items that arrive damaged can be returned for a refund. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or correct customer errors on personalised items once the personalisation process has begun. If you have any concerns or queries about your order please contact us.
Stock Items
You have the legal right to cancel or change your order within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned goods.
Made To Order Items
It is not possible to cancel or change Made to Order Items if the production process has already started. However, if the pet memorial has not gone into production we shall wherever possible endeavour to meet your request for changes/cancellations.
